The Details
Modern architecture demands roofing solutions that combine flawless aesthetics with ultimate structural integrity. Klip-Lok metal roofing delivers on both fronts through its innovative concealed-fix design, securing each sheet with internal clips rather than surface-penetrating screws. The result is a clean, continuous profile that drastically reduces maintenance, handles extreme weather with ease, and provides superior water shedding—making it the ideal choice for contemporary residential and commercial properties.
What is Klip-Lok Roofing?
Klip-Lok roof sheets are specifically designed for flat roofs, with an incline of 0–1 degree. Unlike traditional metal roof sheets, Klip-Lok sheets are fixed with clips from below rather than screws from above. Klip-Lok roofs are commonly used on homes and commercial buildings and have been around for 40 years.
This unique clip-on system offers several advantages, including a watertight seal, reduced noise levels compared to traditional metal roofs, and a visually appealing, seamless finish. The concealed fixings also improve the overall aesthetics of the building and minimise the risk of leaks caused by screw penetration.
