What is Klip-Lok Roofing?
Klip-Lok roof sheets are specifically designed for flat roofs, between 0 – 1 degrees in incline.
Unlike a traditional metal roof sheet, Klip-Lok sheets are fixed with clips from below, instead of screws from above.
Klip-Lok roofs are commonly used on homes and commercial buildings and have been around for 40 years.
This unique clip-on system offers several advantages, including a watertight seal, reduced noise levels compared to traditional metal roofs, and a visually appealing, seamless finish. The concealed fixings also improve the overall aesthetics of the building and minimise the risk of leaks caused by screw penetration.

Dormas
- Remove all sheets surrounding Dorma’s.
- Check roof valleys to ensure correct installation.
- Refit new flashings and seal laps with polyurethane.
- Install a flat sheet from roof ridge to Dorma.
Flat Roof Section
- Remove existing roof purlins.
- Install a layer of Sisilation.
- Reinstall timber.
- Install roof brackets.
- Install new Grey Klip-Lok roof sheets.
- Install flashings.
- Waterproof by heat fusing a 4mm Torch-on membrane.
